Assim justifico o meu medo do sistema que actualmente existe no nosso país: o executivo controla partidariamente o legislativo, e o judicial é indirectamente controlado pelo executivo através das decisões sobre as finanças, hierarquias e infrastruturas da Justiça.
Se não é evidente montado o sistema temido pelo pai do sistema tripartido do poder do Estado, então a cegueira atingiu um ponto perigoso de dependência do Povo .
